Billing and plans

How do the Team and Enterprise plans differ, and what do they cost?

The Team plan is priced per user and adds team management, consolidated billing, and shared templates and glossaries to everything in Max. The Enterprise plan adds security options like SSO and dedicated onboarding, with pricing based on your organization’s size and needs.

Do you provide tax invoices? What payment methods do you accept?

Every plan, including individual plans, supports corporate cards and payment receipts. Tax invoices and non-card payment are available on the Team plan and above. Contact our sales team to discuss billing options for your organization.

Can we sign in with company accounts (SSO)?

The Enterprise plan supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO with providers like Okta, Azure AD and Google Workspace. On every plan, you can also sign up with Google, Microsoft or email.
